Standard Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends may be processed the following working day.

Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout. Please allow additional time during busy periods.

Please Note – Exceptions Apply Whilst we do our best to meet our dispatch timeframe, the following circumstances may cause delays beyond our control:

• Bank holidays – Orders will not be dispatched on UK bank holidays. Processing will resume the next working day.
• Royal Mail or courier strikes – Industrial action may affect delivery times. We will communicate any known disruptions via email or our website.
• Extreme weather conditions – Severe weather may delay dispatch or delivery.
• High demand periods – During sales, seasonal peaks, or promotional events, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.
• Customs & international delays – For international orders, customs clearance times are outside our control and may extend delivery estimates.

Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
