We hope you love everything you order from Millie Belle Boutique. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  • The following items are non-returnable: earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons), sale items marked as final sale, and items showing signs of wear or damage.

How to Return

  • Contact us at info@milliebelle.co.uk to request a return authorisation before sending any items back.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
